Experience
Lynda Conway has over 40 years of experience in public transportation, including a 28-year career at Pittsburgh Regional Transit (PRT) formerly known as Port Authority of Allegheny County, where she retired as Assistant General Manager of Planning and Service Development. After retiring from PRT, gained transportation consulting experience successfully completing a wide variety of public transportation projects for Clear View Strategies, LLC, and for Delta Development Group, Inc.

On July 1, 2022, I started my own business, Conway’s Consulting Services, LLC operating as a sole member to continue to provide quality public transportation consulting services.
Multi-modal experience (bus, rail, inclined plane, demand response). Experience working on a variety of public transit projects for transit agencies, non-profits, municipalities and governmental agencies.
Projects
Projects include operations analysis, federal compliance programs (i.e. Title VI, DBE, EEO); safety and security plans; consensus building; service planning, scheduling and analyses; strategic planning; fare and service analyses; long range and transit development plans; Board of Director training; procurement; human services coordinated transportation plans; human resources (policies, salary reviews, staffing, labor relations, job descriptions, interviews, etc.); key performance indicators; succession planning; zero emission plans; performance management and performance metrics; developing, implementing, and evaluating operational and human resources policies; conducting and analyzing audits; and developing and conducting technical programs including Board of Director workshops.
Results
Results include state and federal required compliance documents, requests for proposals, “how-to-manuals”, action plans, training workshops, materials and plans. Successes include reduced operating costs; streamlined processes; improved safety and security; trained staff with expanded expertise; enhanced work products; service equity scorecards; and improved productivity.
